OZEV Home EV Charger Grant
The UK government offer a grant called the EV charge point grant for flat owner-occupiers and people living in rental properties. As it sounds, the scheme is available for flat owners or occupiers of rented properties. The Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) is no longer available to homeowners of single unit properties.

The UK government offer a grant to landlords called the EV charge point grant for landlords. The grant is available for landlords who are looking to install EV charge points at residential and commercial properties.
What does the EV charge point grant for landlords offer?
- Up to £350.00 (inc VAT) reduction on the total cost of one charge point, including installation
- Limited to 200 grants/year for residential properties
- Limited to 100 grants/year for commercial properties

- A landlord, company or entity renting/leasing a property/common area.

- The landlord must register for the grant
