I was after an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on my rental property that I am in the process of selling, and after ringing a total of six electrical companies Rygol Electrical Services Limited were the only company that had the courtesy to get back to me and display a clear capability to undertake the work required.

Initially I was contacted by customer services and spoke with Ms Charlotte Winn who was very friendly and engaging and arranged a mutual date with me to get the test completed, at the time I made Charlotte aware that I was under a rather tight timescale, where she advised me that if an earlier date became available she would contact me.

To my surprise Charlotte took the trouble to contact me the next day informing me that one of their Electricians work schedules had changed and they would be available to do the test that day, which fitted perfectly with my plans!

On attending the property I met Electrician Ben Deavall who was both polite, friendly and exceptionally competent, not only did he conscientiously complete the full EICR test, advised me that I would have the EICR report later that day, as opposed to the usual 24 to 48 hour wait.

Being a seasoned landlord dealing with many aspects of building upkeep and maintenance it was a rare pleasure to deal with a company that was competitively priced and offered a skilled and customer focused team.

“I would gladly endorse Rygol Electrical Services Limited to anyone looking for a customer focussed professional service”

Very happy with the service provided. The engineer Ben was very pleasant, did a good job and left everything clean and tidy. The office staff were very efficient too. We would be more than happy to use Rygol for any work we may require in the future.

Leon was excellent. Went in the loft still despite it being the hottest day of the year. Very friendly and would definitely use him again/recommend him

After having solar installed as part of a council group buy scheme and being fairly unimpressed by the installation options and aftercare I decided that I wanted to find a local solar installer to fit panels at our new property. We opted to go with the team at Rygol who designed a solar/battery system that took full advantage of our pitched/flat roof combination. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. The installation went smoothly with minimal disruption and we are more than happy with the system they have installed -and already saving money on our energy bills!

Yet again a 5 star review, I can't fault the service. The electrician even put a new plug on my extension lead.

We had a quote from Rygol Electrical to get our house rewired and needed a bit of time to think about it- there were no high-pressure tactics to push us into a decision, which we really appreciated.

Once we decided to go ahead, we had to rearrange the original date and the team were genuinely kind and flexible about it. To be honest, we were quite worried about how disruptive a full rewire would be, but Leon and Ben were brilliant. The house was always left clean and liveable at the end of each day, which made a huge difference to us.

They made us feel like they genuinely cared about the decisions around the installations and wanted us to be happy with everything. Ben did an amazing job fitting some lights I’d chosen, and Charlotte was so helpful and reassuring on the phone throughout.

Can’t thank you all enough, it's so nice to deal with such a friendly, professional company. We’ll 100% come back for future work and would highly recommend Rygol Electrical to anyone needing their house rewired.
