After having solar installed as part of a council group buy scheme and being fairly unimpressed by the installation options and aftercare I decided that I wanted to find a local solar installer to fit panels at our new property. We opted to go with the team at Rygol who designed a solar/battery system that took full advantage of our pitched/flat roof combination. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. We had a quote from Rygol Electrical to get our house rewired and needed a bit of time to think about it- there were no high-pressure tactics to push us into a decision, which we really appreciated. Once we decided to go ahead, we had to rearrange the original date and the team were genuinely kind and flexible about it. To be honest, we were quite worried about how disruptive a full rewire would be, but Leon and Ben were brilliant. The house was always left clean and liveable at the end of each day, which made a huge difference to us. They made us feel like they genuinely cared about the decisions around the installations and wanted us to be happy with everything. Ben did an amazing job fitting some lights I’d chosen, and Charlotte was so helpful and reassuring on the phone throughout. Can’t thank you all enough, it's so nice to deal with such a friendly, professional company.
